The Application of sand making machine: 

It is applied widely for the powder process of mineral product including mental and non-metay ore, fireproof material, bauxite, diamond dust, glass raw materials, archtiectural materials, artificial sand and all kinds of metal ore materials,It is a newly researched equipment, with international advanced level. Working Principle of  Sand Making Machine: 1.Center Feeding:Raw material falls down into feed hopper, then enter into impellor through central entrance hole. It is accelarated in high-speed impellor, then is thrown out at speed of 60-75m/s. When it hits impact plate, it is crushed. Final products come downwards though outlet. 2. Ring Feeding: Raw material falls down into feed hopper, then through ring, it is divided into two divisions by material-deviding plate. One enters into impellor through the center of material-deviding plate. The other falls down from outside of material-deviding plate. Material, which is thrown out by impellor at speed of 60-75m/s, hits material coming down from outside of material-deviding plate. In this way, material is crushed.
